Your Tasks
- Take on responsibilities in various roles, such as Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Project Management Officer (PMO)
- Assist organizations in (strategic) IT projects & transformations
- Be the right hand of the project manager / scrum master and provide project support for complex IT projects
- Help create and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate project tasks and keep track of progress
- Update stakeholders on project status regularly
- Be involved in identifying and addressing project risks and issues
- Gather and document business requirements
- Work with development teams to ensure requirements are clear and implemented correctly
- Optimize processes and workflows through modern tools, including AI
- Maintain project documentation and templates
- Be involved in the creation of project reports and presentations for committees
- Support the improvement of project management processes and tools
- Facilitate Scrum meetings and ensure the team follows Scrum practices
