Job Description
Office is located within Platinum Business & Convention Centre, Sector 1, full time and on site.
- Ensuring a continuous and correct flow of shipments, respecting the company's procedures.
- Timely and correct entry of data in the operating system, with great attention to detail.
- Monitoring the status of shipments within the department and completing the new information in the system, ensuring their permanent updating in order to offer visibility to the clients and the Expeditors network.
- Timely sending notifications to Expeditors offices.
- Ensuring a good collaboration with the clients by permanently offering solutions to their requests.
- Shipment processing only in accordance with Expeditors rules. These include all applicable internal policies, procedures contained in the Operations Manual (OPS), as well as external government regulations, customer policies and their needs.
- Full understanding of the department's operational flow and continuous effort to improve problem areas.
- Following the clients' manuals (SOP, instructions) and carrying out the activity according to the instructions related to the requirements of each client.
- Ensuring the achievement of the performance indicators established within the company.
- Communication and timely resolution of network requests.
- Immediately inform managers of issues that require assistance and support.
- Guarantees the observance of the quality standards specific to the company and the industry.
- Respect the confidentiality of the data and the company's policies regarding this aspect.
- Compliance with Performance Indicators (KPIs) within Expeditors.
- Checking the accuracy of the managed documents and ensuring the compliance of the regulations according to the Expeditors policy.
Qualifications
Because Expeditors believes and is guided by the concept - hires for attitudes and train for skills - previous experience in the logistics industry is not mandatory. The agents of the Support Center within Expeditors International Romania will prove the following competencies :
