Tobacco and Materials Planner

Position :

The purpose of the role is to ensure that daily activities related to the production planning for semi-finished goods (Filters &Tobacco) are timely executed by analyzing the production requirements and inventory level.

As a Tobacco and Materials Planner you will be responsible for :

• Preparing and maintaining long-mid term production plans for non-tobacco and tobacco materials based on the established cigarette production plan and customer requirements
• Cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing Departments (Production, Warehouse, Procurement) and Markets, to ensure clear communication with the related parties about any potential risks
• Inventory materials overview, stock, requirement, and shelf life, ensuring optimum inventory levels based on available capacity
• Monitoring phase-in / out of demand by taking capacity / capability constraints and material changes into consideration
• Being part of the Extended team for the Market projects and new product launches
