Job Description

  • Reporting to the French Finance Director, you will lead management control to continuously optimize and improve the performance of the site for which you are responsible.
  • As a true "business partner" to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for :
  • Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, proposing performance improvement opportunities, and preparing performance reports;
  • Ensuring plant management control :
  • Monthly income statement, budget control;
  • Monitoring margins by project;
  • Evaluation and monitoring of standard costs, etc.;
  • Managing the site's budget process : budget, re-forecasting, and business plan;
  • Ensuring the quality of information in the IT system(Charisma ERP);
  • Monitoring and analyzing working capital items, primarily invoicing, work in progress, and inventory;
  • Coordinate the annual inventory process and ensure accurate recording of results;
  • Investment project monitoring : profitability calculation and implementation follow-up;
  • Structure and lead the performance management process : analysis and monitoring tools, KPIs, and dashboards;
  • Play a key role in internal and external audits, ensuring that all information is accurate and accessible and ensuring good collaboration with tax authorities and company auditors;
  • Collaborates with tax authorities, company auditors and external accounting company.

Qualifications

  • Education : Financial training / ECONOMIC ENGINEERING;
  • Experience : Management control on an industrial site (2-3 years);
  • Compensation : Attractive;
  • Workplace : Mioveni, on site;
  • Operational English (working language); French is an advantage;
  • Charisma ERP knowledge is an advantage;
  • Position requires excellent communication skills between professional contacts;
  • Travel and training in France are expected.
