The Opportunity :

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative with German who is passionate about providing exceptional customer experience to our Business Partners in the Life Science Industry. You will work Monday to Friday, within regular business hours. With two office days per week, you can enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working.

Site location : The Avantor Business Centre in Timpuri Noi, Bucharest

What we are looking for

  • Background in B2B business services or logistics / distribution is a plus
  • Fluency in German C1 verbal and written, and English on a B2 level
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficient in a well-known ERP / CRM system (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, results-driven team player with strong customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills

How you will thrive and create an impact

  • Customer Interaction :  Spend 10% of your time managing calls, and 90% on essential back-office tasks.
  • Customer Focus :  Take full ownership of both internal and external customer partnership and satisfaction.
  • SAP Management :  Verify material validity and pricing.
  • Order Coordination & Timely Invoicing :  Arrange and validate orders to kickstart product shipments and generate invoices on time.
  • Supply Chain Excellence & Quality Improvement : Ensure processes meet customer needs by playing a key role in enhancing quality standards and compliance.
