Analyze data on given processes to produce trends to identify and plan improvement areas
Use data to challenge status quo and define proposals for improvements.
Develop and act as Process Expert, Regional or Global Process Owner.
Coordinate with various teams to prioritize and solve HR queries.
Facilitate discussions on complex topics, collaborate and drive towards solutions.
Participate in team huddles and meetings at least per week to identify opportunities
Coach side by side the team on Continuous Improvement methods
Participate in escalation discussions and apply problem solving as defined per methodology
Document opportunities identified and work with managers / leads to drive action plans to results

Perform regular internal quality audits and RCCAs.

Participate in UATs and implementation of new systems or tools and / or enhancements of existing systems.
Identify, define, document and share best practices within the team and cross teams.
Produce and keep process documentation and best practices up to date.
