Requirements Who we are looking for As a Client Service Analyst in GES, you will work on multiple client accounts and will be responsible for day-to- day communication with and between the Global Deloitte network.Who we are looking for :
- Previous work experience as Immigration / Visa Consultant, Travel Consultant, or similar role in the Immigration services industry. Business Visa, Schengen Visa and Global Immigration experience are a plus;
- Strong understanding of Visa regime, Immigration requirements, procedures different visa categories and any related legislation;
- Detail-oriented and research driven;
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
- Strong attention to details with a focus on quality and efficiency;
- Solution-oriented approach - flexibility and ability to adapt to unforeseen situations;
- Ability to conduct research independently;
- Excellent communication and client services skills;
- Motivated, energetic and able to work as part of a team;
- Ability to deliver good customer service, perform under pressure, and meet deadlines;
- English and Romanian proficiency;
- In-depth knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office resources (Excel, Outlook). Your future role The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following :
- Providing expert advice to clients in completing Visa applications and planning their upcoming business trips;
- Ensuring clients have clear understanding of the Visa requirements and that all applications and documents submitted are accurate and complete;
- Organizing and managing relevant documents and paperwork re quired for the visa applications;
- Ensuring that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, meeting all requirements for the Visa application;
- Overseeing all aspects of the Visa application, making sure that the application processes runs smoothly and withing the required timeframe guided by the client travel dates;
- Oversee the completion of all relevant visa application documents and ensure that they are submitted within the time limit set by the government;
- Performing administrative duties such as bundling applications, filing and organizing documents;
- Keeping up-to-date with the visa applications / immigration changes;
- Answering to specific queries and providing support for visa-related matters;
- Delivering training sessions for more junior team members;
- Following the internal procedures and policies on quality assurance and continuous improvement, reporting, registration of working hours, etc;
- Performing ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Leader, in accordance with the objectives of the department.
