Lead Customer Experience Specialist with Dutch

We have an opportunity for a Lead Customer Experience Specialist with Dutch to join us at Honeywell in Bucharest, RO. where you will be responsible in process a wide variety of maintenance related activities between Honeywell and customers, analyzes and take the necessary steps to resolve disputes and creating project structures. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key requirements

  • Fulfills the role of a "quality controller" in a constant and proactive way : filters and signals the incomplete or wrong requests it receives, insists on quality observation (Obtain additional clarifications, missing documents / information where needed);
  • Handles customer configuration requests (creating, modifying, extending and creating links;
  • Responsible to analyze and take the necessary steps to resolve disputes (credit issuance and reflow);
  • Responsible to perform client request processing in SAP, Compass or FX;
  • Performs troubleshooting reporting, processing, and troubleshooting according to business requirements.

Key skills and qualifications

  • University Degree;
  • Preferred experience in a Customer Services environment - understand customer requirements and priorities, with a pro-active attitude;
  • Business fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English;
  • High level of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
