Responsibilities :

  • Acting as Quality Engineer within the production site, pursue quality performance, driving continuous improvement and leading Q-innovation projects
  • Coordinating and processing of customer and internal claims (8D & NC reports)
  • Creating quality statistics and developing measures to turn-around negative trends
  • Ensuring quality standards throughout the production site
  • Driving quality mindset within the production site by providing Quality specific trainings
  • Performing internal process audits
  • Take up quality topics and act as interface towards Production, Engineering and Corporate Quality
  • Providing support during customer audits

Preferred Qualification :

  • Preferably 3+ years’ experience in the quality process (mechanisms) of high tech components in a highly consolidated market environment, ideally on a global scale
  • Good knowledge to use of key quality tools such as 3-legged 5 Why, SPC, Ishikawa, etc.
  • Ideally good knowledge of quality process / requirements in the semiconductor industry or alternatively knowledge on APQP and PPAP processes
  • Communicative personality with the ability to work in a multicultural, matrix environment
  • Solid experience in managing complaints and 8D reports
  • Experience with internal and external audits
  • Fluent in English
