Customer & Sales Specialist (Spanish & English) | Hybrid | Bucharest

Are you fluent in Spanish (C1) and English (C1) with a passion for sales and customer engagement? If you have at least 6 months of experience in a call center or sales role, this hybrid opportunity in Bucharest could be the next great step in your career.

What You’ll Do :

Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat

Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions

Support sales processes and achieve performance targets

Work collaboratively within a results-driven team

Role Details :

Location : Bucharest, Romania (near Eroii Revoluției metro station)

Work Model : Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Schedule : Monday to Saturday (5 working days / week)

Shifts : 9 : 00–18 : 00 or 10 : 00–19 : 00

Training : One-week in-office onboarding

What We’re Looking For :

Proficiency in Spanish and English (C1 level)

Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or call center

Excellent communication, problem-solving & sales skills

Valid EU work authorization (Romanian or EU citizenship)

Important : Candidates with residence permits labeled “Sedere Temporara” or “Permis Unic” are not eligible

No relocation support is provided
