Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Project Manager to support organizational transformation and business planning initiatives within a leading corporate environment in Bucharest.

In this role, you’ll help leadership teams navigate complex business strategies, translate high-level objectives into actionable plans, and ensure smooth execution across functions. You will combine business planning, change management, and project execution expertise to bring structure, clarity, and alignment to evolving business priorities.

This is a fixed-term contract position with the potential for extension, offering a hybrid work model (Bucharest-based).

Tasks

• Lead business planning and transformation initiatives, ensuring strategic goals are translated into measurable outcomes.
• Support leadership teams with data-backed insights, performance tracking, and strategic communication frameworks.
• Develop and implement structured business rhythms that enable cross-functional alignment and effective decision-making.
• Design and execute change management strategies to ensure adoption of new processes and ways of working.
• Drive project governance, reporting, and risk management to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
• Partner closely with finance, HR, operations, and other stakeholders to align corporate objectives with local execution.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across teams and functions.
