In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our Romanian-speaking clients, helping them navigate inquiries and providing assistance for our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Support Romanian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat by addressing inquiries related to our services and products.
- Deliver high-quality assistance and guidance, ensuring that all customer needs and concerns are met.
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction as a priority.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system to facilitate effective communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on product offerings and relevant industry trends to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred.
- Experience in customer service is desirable, particularly in a telecommunication or technology setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and a proactive approach to client needs.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation support.
