Our platform connects studios with capable and relevant freelance talent worldwide and manages contracts, invoicing, and payments end-to-end.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a data-driven, growth-oriented Product Manager to lead the next stage of Fusion’s evolution. This role blends product ownership with business strategy, balancing rapid iteration, partnership growth, and performance optimization across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Growth

• Own and evolve the Fusion Platform’s roadmap with a focus on rapid, data-informed iteration.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities based on real-time performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends.
• Partner with leadership to shape Fusion’s business model, pricing, and growth strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing to define acquisition and conversion goals, and ensure product initiatives drive measurable impact.
