Position Title : Product Owner – Copy Trading Platform
Reporting Line : Reports directly to the CEO
Location : Remote – European time zone (between London and Dubai preferred).
General Purpose :
Own the vision, conceptualization, and delivery of the front-end experience for the company’s new Copy Trading platform. While the backend engine is largely built, this role is responsible for shaping the entire consumer-facing product , ensuring an engaging, competitive, and business-driving UI / UX. Act as the business-focused “mini-CEO” of the product, combining entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on product ownership to launch and grow the platform.
Specific Objectives (first ~12 months) :
- Conceptualize, define, and deliver the full front-end of the Copy Trading platform, translating backend capabilities into a seamless and engaging user journey.
- Execute the initial launch of the platform and manage the transition from the existing vendor (Brokery).
- Drive UI / UX design and consumer experience , ensuring significant improvements over competitor solutions.
- Partner with Head of Product and development teams to ensure smooth integration with backend and CRM systems .
- Establish product growth metrics (conversion funnels, retention, user engagement) and optimize continuously.
- Introduce A / B testing and hypothesis-driven experiments to refine and validate product improvements.
- Benchmark against leading FinTech / iGaming platforms to identify and adopt best-in-class design patterns .
Key Activities :
Lead the conceptualization of UI / UX : define product vision, user stories, and end-to-end customer journeys.Manage design processes including wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and iteration .Translate business and client feedback into a prioritized product backlog .Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery .Define and track business KPIs such as onboarding completion, trade execution flow, and unfinished actions.Conduct competitive analysis to ensure differentiation and adoption of proven UI practices.Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CRM / IT teams to deliver a fully integrated solution.Position the product’s branding and consumer experience in alignment with company strategy.Requirements
Key Competences :
Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in FinTech, Forex, iGaming, e-commerce, Gambling or Online Casino.Strong expertise in conceptualizing and delivering UI / UX for consumer-facing platforms.Ability to translate business goals into measurable product outcomes and KPIs .Familiarity with copy trading or social trading platforms is an advantage but not mandatory.Analytical and data-driven mindset , comfortable with A / B testing and funnel optimization.Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Entrepreneurial drive – ability to act as a mini-CEO of the product, ensuring both launch and growth.Strong organizational skills to drive end-to-end product delivery in a fast-paced, high-risk environment.Likely Current Job :
