PowerPoint & Word Experts (SharePoint Migrations, Content Formatting)

This role provides specialized support in document and presentation creation, formatting, and migration to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across business deliverables. Key responsibilities include :

Tasks

• Content Formatting & Standardization – Designing, formatting, and refining PowerPoint presentations and Word documents according to corporate templates and brand guidelines.
• SharePoint Migration Support – Assisting with the transfer and organization of documents and presentations during SharePoint migrations, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
• Template Development & Maintenance – Creating and updating reusable templates, style guides, and document structures for improved efficiency and consistency.Quality Assurance – Reviewing materials for formatting accuracy, branding alignment, and professional presentation before client or stakeholder delivery.

Collaboration with Teams – Supporting internal teams and business functions by preparing high-quality documents and presentations for meetings, proposals, and reports.

Technical Troubleshooting – Resolving formatting issues, document compatibility problems, and SharePoint-related challenges.
