The Role – End-to-End Sales Officer
We’re hiring a full-cycle Sales Officer responsible for generating leads, managing pipelines, and closing deals across our diverse service offerings. You’ll be the face of Shae Group’s customer journey—from first outreach to signed agreement and beyond.

Responsibilities
Prospect and manage leads across all verticals.Use AI-powered outreach, pitch personalization, and scheduling.Manage CRM pipeline and forecast progress.Lead discovery, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.Ensure seamless handover to onboarding and CX teams.Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Automations & CX for alignment.Requirements
3+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B or B2C sales with proven closing results.Strong knowledge of CRM systems, pipeline management, and forecasting.Proficiency with AI tools for outreach, personalization, and lead management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced, global markets.Ability to adapt across multiple industries (health, wellness, education, tech).Self-starter with strong organizational skills and independence in remote work.Benefits
Base Salary : USD $1,200 – $2,000 per month.Performance Incentives : USD $1,500 – $3,500 per month commission.On-Target Earnings (OTE) : USD $2,700 – $5,500 per month.Thank you for applying for this role.
