Service Designer / UR - Contract - SC cleared

Here at Anson McCade we are in search of an experienced Service Designer / UR for a major project within government. The ideal candidate will have expertise in service design and user research designed to support cross-functional teams in the discovery, design, and delivery of user-centered services.

Criteria :

Demonstrable experience in both user research and service design, ideally within agile, multi-disciplinary teams

Strong understanding of design thinking, human-centered design, and GDS Service Standard (for UK government contracts, if relevant)

Proficiency in tools such as Miro, Figma, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, or equivalent

Experience mapping complex systems and visualising service interactions

• 6-12 month contract
• Up to £ inside IR35
