În prezent căutăm un Junior Buyer orientat către echipă și proactiv pentru Bucuresti , in cadrul companiei Rompetrol Downstream .
Rompetrol Downstream coordoneaza reteaua locala de statii de distributie carburanti. In Romania, compania opereaza peste 922 de puncte de distributie carburanti, inclusiv statii proprii, statii Partener Rompetrol, statii mobile Expres si rezervoarele Fill&Go Fixed Unit de 9 si 20 metri cubi. Mai mult decat statii de distributie a carburantilor, statiile Rompetrol sunt gandite ca centre de servicii unde, pe langa comercializarea de produse de cea mai buna calitate, clientii se pot relaxa in cele peste 120 de restaurante Hei din cadrul retelei.
Noul tău rol : Oferi suport in desfasurarea activitatilor comerciale in cadrul magazinelor companiei Rompetrol Downstream prin valorificarea eficienta a spatiilor de expunere a produselor si prin stabilirea mixului preturilor produselor comercializate conform politicilor si obiectivelor companiei.
Activitățile care te vor ajuta să strălucești:
• Oferirea de suport in dfinirea, urmarirea si analiza strategiei si metodelor de mercantizare a produselor in locatii, menite sa maximizeze profitabilitatea spatiilor de expunere a produselor;
• Analiza datelor venite din mai multe surse (rapoarte de piata, studii, vanzari etc.) privind obiceiurile de consum, interpretarea acestora si transpunerea in actiuni menite sa creasca nivelul vanzarilor;
• Oferirea de suport in tot ceea ce inseamna dezvoltarea categoriilor alocate, tinand cont de trendul pietei si nevoile consumatorului;
• Monitorizarea bugetului pentru categoriile alocate, asigurand atingerea tuturor indicatorilor;
• Urmarirea vanzarilor si rotatiei stocurilor la nivel de statie;
• Analiza preturilor de achizitie marfa si nivelul de servicii, cu scopul de a intocmi analize cost-beneficiu la nivel de furnizor;
• Mentinerea legaturii atat cu furnizorii de marfa, cat si cu statiile, coordonand activitatile legate de aprovizionare;
• Mentinerea / actualizarea bazei de date in sistemul informatic;
• Elaborarea de rapoarte zilnice, lunare si anuale la nivel de statie, categorie si subcategorie de produs.
Combustibilul necesar pentru a merge mai departe cu noi
• Studii superioare
• Experienta profesionala pe un post similar de minim 1 an;
• Cunoasterea pietei de retail;
• Abilitati de comunicare si negociere;
• Gandire analitica si creativitate;
• Limba Engleza (nivel avansat);
• Cunostinte de utilizare PC: MS Word, Excel ( nivel mediu);
• Orientare spre obiective si respectarea termenelor;
• Atentie la detalii si spirit analitic.
