Salary : 1,050 gross / month × 14 salaries per year

Performance Bonus : Up to 10% monthly

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional support to Italian-speaking customers of a global logistics provider

Assist with tracking inquiries, delivery updates, and service-related questions

Handle communication via phone, email and chat

Follow operational guidelines and performance standards

Candidate Profile

Native / Fluent Italian + good level of English

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused and reliable

EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit

Ability to start on 16 December 2025
