Job descriptionConfigure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Routers and Switches Implement and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls, including policy updates and threat prevention features Collaborate with InfoSec and project teams during security upgrades and network transitions Participate in project-based deployments, migrations, and security improvements Ensure network reliability and uptime through proactive monitoring and issue resolution Based in Scotland Strong experience with Cisco Routing & Switching (IOS, VLANs, BGP / OSPF, NAT, etc.) Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, including configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices Experience supporting large-scale or multi-site environments

I'm currently working with a client who is seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer to join a long-term 5-year transformation program. This role is critical in supporting secure, high-performing network infrastructure across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco routing & switching and Palo Alto Firewalls.
