About the Role

We are looking for a Site Manager at Siemens Energy Romania to collaborate with our teams in Romania. How You’ll Make an Impact

Planned schedule running sites to meet deadlines.
Participate and hold internal and external Project meetings, reviews, briefs and kick off meetings.
Conduct inductions, toolbox talks, health and safety management and inspections of all works.
Point of contact on site for deliveries and client liaison
Authorized person for all quality standards on site
Document work undertaken / daily activities and provide a daily activity report.
Recognized issues and assess risks and review any findings with management.
Prepare project snagging list.
Assist Project Managers where required to support workload and provide site presence from the company side.
Inspect work for satisfactory performance.

What You Bring

Bachelor of Engineering,

Good usage of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and willingness to learn other.

High level of English is mandatory.

Excellent communication skills (written and in oral)

Good team spirit, proactivity, and motivation to learn.
