Role overview :

The Magento Webmaster will be responsible for executing and maintaining digital workflows within the Magento platform. They will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content and updates, aligning with business requirements and platform standards.

The Magento Webmaster will focus on implementing tasks assigned by Project Managers and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations of the Magento platform. They will handle content uploads, technical updates, and assist with troubleshooting and platform maintenance.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Follow task assignments from Project Managers to ensure workflows remain organized and on schedule.
  • Execute content updates and uploads in the Magento Content Management System (CMS).
  • Assist with testing and implementing technical updates to maintain platform functionality.
  • Support in preparing project timelines by providing accurate input for estimations and deadlines.
  • Provide technical insights to improve platform functionality and address customer requests.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines and maintain the quality of deliverables.

Requirements :

  • Hands-on experience with Magento CMS and related tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools like Jira.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies, including HTML and CSS, to troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Ability to follow technical guidelines and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
