HR Operations Support Analyst - Africa & Middle East region
- First employment period as contractor, with the possibility to headcount conversion to Oracle.

Offer support for HR operations for Sub-Sahara, Egypt, Levant, South Africa, North Africa, Middle East and Turkey and assist the HR colleagues in day-to-day business.
Main Responsibilities
Act as an HR Operations partner for Country HR with the following responsibilities :
Supports HR managers, Line managers and employees with regards to HR admin activitiesCreates and keeps the employee records / files updated in hard copy and electronic versionIssues various documentation (employee certificates, addendums to contracts of employment,Runs employment reports, prepares analysis, payroll input and stats, for internal use and as request by local authoritiesPrepare and organize the HR Induction sessions for new hiresHandles all HR transactions in time for payrollWorks closely and develops partnership relationships with the Country HR and internal / external stakeholdersEnforces HR processes and provides end user supportAdapts, modifies and updates administrative methodologies, practices and proceduresCommunication to and education of employees regarding Oracle’s global HR policies, processes, and systemsProfile
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OutlookExperience of working in an international and virtual environmentPrevious reporting experience is a plusProficiency in EnglishExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAble to maintain absolute discretion regarding confidential and or sensitive informationMust be flexible and able to adapt to change in a fast-paced work environmentGood organizational skillsTeam playerAttention to details and strong analytical skillsAbility to be proactive and maintain a common sense approachGood problem solver and decision making appropriate for the job levelAbility to plan and meet deadlines for ad-hoc activitiesProactive, inquisitive, independent, and action-oriented personHas a degree in Computer Science or Business Science related discipline, or equivalent education and experience relevant to functional area of Human Resources.Career Level - IC2
