Could you be the full-time Material Management Senior Team Leader in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Alexandru Vilt ( Operations Manager , Cluj-Napoca), and work alongside passionate and fun teammates.
You'll ensure the effective performance for the Global Supply Chain (GSC) function and the achievement of service delivery requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll you will act as business partner to the Global Functions (Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Project Office), Supply Chain Head of Region / Country Leaders and SSO counterparts, supervising, and ensuring effective Supply Chain activities.
You’ll specifically manage individual performance, build teamwork, initiate, and drive continuous improvement within your team, but also take lead for new initiatives and asses staff training needs.
We’ll look to you for :
Act as Talent Champion
- Recruit best in class supply chain personnel
- Develop competencies
- Manage individual performance and people development through PMP process
- Provide guidance to the team based on management direction
- Assess staff training needs and encourage compliance of training requirement for each level as part of the employee development program
- Ensure that the team has all the materials, accesses, and resources in place on a day to day basis to meet all its service commitments
- Allocate projects, new initiatives to teams
Operational Performance Management
Accountable for the smooth delivery of global and regional SC processes, in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team to the Operational ManagerAct as 2nd level of issue escalationLead the effectiveness of the processes through identification of areas for continuous improvement, providing input and information to achieve problem resolutionManagement of Business Partner Relationship
Exercise business partnership by supporting decision making through adding value to the business by proactive delivery of information and knowledgeAct as Business Partner to Central Business Teams (Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Project Office) and align amongst GSS Team LeadsParticipate in regular calls with business partnersStrategic / Change Leadership
Manage compliance with directives and legal policyEnsure consistent application of all relevant SC processes and toolsPrioritize work in alignment with business goals, strategies, and policiesEnsure buddy system and succession plans are in placeTake the lead for new initiatives & projectsEnsure process & tools development as per business requirementsMonitor sourcing project quality, cost & time delivery & legal project evolution (FAI, Business Award, Product development)Ensure work package sheet commitment respectPrepare Business AwardAll about you
