Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Implement ISO standards across the organization to ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality benchmarks.
- Develop and monitor quality procedures from scratch, ensuring they are comprehensive, efficient, and effective.
- Focus on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues and improve operational performance.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement plans.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in quality management and incorporate best practices into the organization’s processes.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.Experience in quality management and procedural implementation.Proven experience in implementing ISO standards and developing quality procedures.Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Check Your Resume for Match
