Technical Lead (for Data Migration Projects)

At fme Romania we’re seeking a Technical Lead to take charge of data and document migration projects, ensuring high-quality delivery for our clients.

You’ll work closely with both internal and external teams, bringing your technical expertise to the forefront of data governance and data quality solutions. This role is crucial in overseeing the development, implementation, and success of migration projects.

What you’ll do :

• Project Planning & Delivery : Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, develop plans, and track progress.
• Technical Leadership : Lead a global team of technical consultants, providing hands-on expertise in architecture, design decisions, and code reviews.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure the team adheres to quality standards by overseeing testing and validation processes.
• Risk & Change Management : Identify and mitigate technical risks, anticipate roadblocks, and implement effective change management strategies.
• Stakeholder Liaison : Act as the bridge between the technical team and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the board.
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Work with cross-functional teams to align dependencies and collaboratively deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Team Development : Foster collaboration within the team and guide continuous professional development.
