Are you passionate about building smart, automated systems that make businesses run smoothly? We’re looking for a Zoho Expert who can leverage AI and the Zoho One ecosystem to streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

🌟 What You’ll Do

CRM Cleanup & Data Management
Audit and clean existing Contacts, Accounts, and Deals in Zoho CRM.
Deduplicate and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Implement AI-powered tools for continuous data hygiene and enrichment.

Workflow Automation

Design and implement smart workflows in the Deals module.

Automate lead-to-deal conversion and reduce manual processes.

Build task automation to maximize team productivity.

Reporting & Dashboards

Create real-time dashboards for key company KPIs.

Provide actionable insights into sales performance and pipeline health.

Empower leadership with data-driven decision-making.

Customer Portals & Engagement

Develop branded portals for borrowers and clients.

Centralize documentation, communication, and deal progress.

Use AI to personalize and elevate client interactions.

AI & Integration

Deploy Zoho’s AI tools (Zia, chatbots, AI workflows, etc.).

Integrate Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, Books, Cliq, etc.) into a unified platform.

Build scalable solutions aligned with best practices.

Requirements

✅ What We’re Looking For

Proven experience with Zoho One application, particularly CRM, Creator, Analytics, and Flow.

Required : Prior project experience within the commercial real estate or lending industry using Zoho solutions.

Strong expertise in building automations, dashboards, and client portals.

Familiarity with Zoho AI tools and their applications.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to translate business needs into effective, scalable Zoho solutions
