Business Analyst

• Activities : defines business requirements, conducts gap analysis to identify

opportunities for process improvement, creates functional specifications, data analysis

and data modelling.

tools (e.g. Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, UML, BPMN, Axure, Balsamiq, Pencil, Oracle

NetSuite), specific business domains.

Minimum Post-secondary Education and Experience in ICT : At least 3 years of

studies attested by a diploma, and a minimum of 9 years post-secondary professional

experience.

Min. Professional Experience in Profile : 6 years.

Minimum Certifications : At least one of the following certifications :

Languages : The services will be provided in English. Consultants will have at least a B2 level, in accordance with the Common European Framework of References for Languages (CEFR).
