Position Summary
Who are we?
Right across the Pipera metro station, the Samsung Shared Services Centre Europe, established in 2016 in Bucharest (Romania) covers Financial, Customer Service and HR processes for Samsung subsidiaries across Europe.
Role and Responsibilities
What will you do?
- Extract / build reports based on tables and / or transactions
- Analyze metrics, provide insights from the data and advise on improvement action plan
- Identify process improvement opportunities and process risks from data analysis and communicate proposals and solutions with Process Owners / Head of Centers
- Lead / Support internal improvement projects, working together with Process Owners, BPO and resources allocated to each Subsidiary
- Work closely with Management team and Process Owners to set-up robust control environment
- Report periodically to HQ the status of initiatives driven and ensure process changes are being implemented consistently across subsidiary, captive and BPO
- Provide support to In House team / Subsidiary / SSC and timely escalates to EHQ / HQ the technical issues
- Maintain up-to-date training materials and manuals
- Be part of the team that handles process standardization across scope transferred
- Perform all operational tasks assigned to you within the deadlines and at the required quality level
Skills and Qualifications
What are we looking for?
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Management / Accounting or related fieldIn-depth experience with Excel including pivot tables, lookups, and reporting toolsStrong attention to detail and accuracyDemonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundariesStrong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with a wide range of internal customers (Executives, managers, and Subject Matter Experts)Excellent verbal and written English language skills.Native Korean speakerAbility to work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables, some larger with longer timelines and others requiring immediate attention and completion
