Description

Requirements Who we are looking for

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ VAT compliance experience, preferably in a multinational environment;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel);
  • Proficiency command of Romanian and English - both speaking and writing;
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities;
  • Ability to plan and organize tasks;
  • Strong understand VAT processes, tax law;
  • Willingness to share knowledge and mentor junior staff..

Your future role

  • Lead a fast growing team focusing on indirect tax compliance
  • Assist multinationals in complying with their indirect tax obligations
  • Support and guide on indirect tax compliance related topics (registrations, audits)
  • Approve work prepared by juniors and seniors in order to achieve high quality standards set for the team and assist with the development of their skills & knowledge
  • Become proficient with technology tools and systems to ensure that your team delivers its work efficiently
