Introduction

As a Senior Salesforce Admin, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging Salesforce.com to optimize our sales operations. We seek a highly capable senior-level Salesforce Administrator, certified in Salesforce CPQ, to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining our current Salesforce implementation, contributing to its redesign, and ensuring it fully meets the evolving needs of our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal performance of the Salesforce system.
• Hands-on configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform.
• Upgrade and configure Salesforce for optimized integration with internal tools and external vendors.
• Manage Salesforce users, roles, profiles, sharing rules, flows and groups.
• Oversee Salesforce account structure and data management in collaboration with other departments (finance, legal, etc.).
• Maintain the Sales Cloud and develop custom reports and dashboards.
• Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
• Evaluate and install new Salesforce releases, providing training and support as needed.
• Document processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
