Your Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and governance of global technology networks, fostering cross-functional collaboration and knowledge exchange across divisions, regions, and plants.
  • Coordinates and drives company-wide manufacturing technology standards, ensures implementation tracking, and initiates global benchmarking for manufacturing processes and equipment, continuously evaluating progress.
  • Drives cultural and organizational transformation toward a globally connected, closely networking and learning-oriented manufacturing technology community.
  • Strengthens the company’s technological expertise by supporting talent development across networks and promoting the Manufacturing Technology Expert Career path.
  • Ensures effective stakeholder engagement and seamless communication across all key interfaces, including top management, R&D, Operations, and external partners.
  • Represents the manufacturing technology networks and expert career paths as a key internal and external ambassador, engaging with suppliers, universities and other research partners.
  • Initiates and drives competence development through cross-company workshops and targeted training programs.
  • Develops and steers mid- to long-term strategic initiatives (3–5 years) focused on enhancing performance and fostering innovation through global collaboration.
  • Leads company-wide benchmarking and the transfer of best practices, leveraging data-driven insights to establish and propagate high-impact and smart technological standards.
  • Acts as key driver for international alignment and implementation of global programs and technological initiatives.
  • Showcases network achievements and expert career advancements at cross-company conventions and leadership forums (e.g., Operations Boards, Global Operations Exchange, Global Program Councils).

Your Profile

  • Graduate Degree - Engineering, Production Engineering
  • 5+ years professional experience in manufacturing technologies, best with international cooperation
  • Proficient in English -spoken and written
  • Experience working in virtual teams (some leadership experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of the standards in the automotive sector
  • Teamwork, communication, planning and organizational skills
  • High motivation and self-organization skills.
