We are looking for a Group Web Manager that will be responsible for creating and implementing twoday’s web strategy across countries and business units. You will lead the web development projects in the group on the Hubspot platform. twoday is a newly established brand and in the next 5 years our ambition is to triple in size. To be able to do so we need to invest in building a strong brand. We are now hiring a team to lead this work across the group.

As our Group Web Manager you will be a part of this team and work with internal and external stakeholders on delivering according to campaign plans and development strategies. You will oversee the website management and CMS development and be in charge of reporting on web and digital performance. This role will also cover SEO best practices for the group as well as helping the business units with tools and optimization to make sure to drive traffic and conversions to our twoday websites.

What are we looking for?

University degree at Master’s level in a relevant field of IT, engineering, programming, or similar

Extensive experience in the development of websites and handling of content management systems

Understanding of SEO and how to increase traffic and conversions through search engine optimization across all markets

Experience in the development of web strategy and overseeing activity plans to activate the strategy

Strong project management skills – planning, coordination, follow-up, deadline management

Ability to work well independently, but also partner effectively with HR, marketing, and business managers

Experience in managing developers and working with stakeholders

Extensive experience within the Hubspot platform

Experience with inbound marketing and lead generation through digital channels and web

Connected and up to date with the market trends regarding web and digital channels

What will be your responsibilities?

Develop and implement twoday corporate web strategy and roadmap together with twoday marketing and IT directors

Organize and coordinate initiatives across the international virtual web editor organization in twoday

Facilitate communication between web content providers and editors, and those responsible for overall web architecture, hardware, software, design, and standards

Identify support and training needs in the web editor organization, and make sure that the virtual web editor team gets the help they need to succeed

Lead web development in Hubspot through the priority of tasks, specifications, project management, and quality assurance

Perform continuous integration of code and scripts using Jenkins.

Collaborate with a contractor on the website's SEO, SEM, PPC campaigns etc. for twoday.com

Manage and implement promotional campaigns and develop a tracking system to monitor ROI

Cookie management and coordination across the twoday group

Encourage, guide, and assist migration processes to Hubspot and twoday web design

Facilitate onboarding of newly acquired companies to the Hubspot platform
