N-able is seeking an Operations Engineer to help design and support DevOps cloud environment. This position will support our Engineering Ops function which provides services to our Engineering teams with a primary focus on management of our corporate DevOps Infrastructure. If you are passionate about delivering company-wide impact, having exposure across many teams and divisions, as well as collaborating toward a unified company approach; then this role is for you! You will be joining a team with an already proven track record of operational excellence and continual pragmatic growth.

What You'll Do

  • Establish automation around infrastructure deployments, configuration, monitoring, andoperations using a variety of tools
  • Experience in working with and troubleshooting AWS technologies such as but not limited toEKS, EC2, VPC, and Route53
  • Leverage tools such as but not limited to Terraform, kustomize, jenkins,
  • Experience managing SaaS based applications (Atlassian, Github, Docker,etc)
  • Developing,Testing, Debugging, and Troubleshooting of Containerized Infrastructure
  • Leverage Experience Implementing tooling and integrations that improve security postureof platform and our customers / teams to secure the environment

    • What You'll Bring

  • Solid experience with AWS IaaS / PaaS / SaaS capabilities
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes clusters, building, managing and deploying applications
  • Experience with Terraform and JIRA
  • Experience with TCP / IP networking protocols and components as implemented in IAAS (i.e.VPC, TGW, route tables, security groups, etc.)
  • A continuous learner and a critical thinker
  • Ateam player with great communication skills both verbal and written
