Regional Sales Representative (Medical)
Introduction A prominent medical technology/healthcare company is looking for a Regional Sales Representative to join their team in Romania. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on expanding the companys presence in the medical device or healthcare services sector within a specific geographic region.
Your Role
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and medical centers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Product Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on medical products/services, providing demonstrations and technical support.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts.
Your Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in medical sales or a related healthcare commercial role.
- Education: A university degree, preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Business.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Languages: Fluency in Romanian; English proficiency is typically required for international reporting.
