Description
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve sheet metal processing technologies (laser cutting, bending, punching, etc.) to ensure process capability, repeatability, and efficiency.
- Define and document process flows, work instructions, and process parameters.
- Optimize existing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure the traceability of all tools and consumables used in production by creating and maintaining the required documentation for each part.
- Define tooling and measuring equipment requirements for the introduction of new sheet metal products in production, including estimation of machining times and resources.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on machining technologies, process optimization, and waste reduction.
- Support production teams in analyzing process defects and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify investment needs for equipment, tools, and fixtures necessary for industrialization.
Professional experience & skills desired to have :
Technical University Degree- preferably mechanical, industrial, or materials engineering.Proven experience in a similar field of minimum 2 years in sheet metal processing (laser cutting, bending, punching, etc.)Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrialization methods, and process analysis.Strong teamwork, communication, organizational skills, and result orientation.Very good knowledge of PC (Microsoft Office – Excel, D365 is a plus);Advanced English skills (for reading technical documentation and communication).How to apply :
