We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead their sales operations in Romania. This is a strategic role that requires excellent leadership and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Lead and mentor the national sales team to drive high performance.
Expand the client portfolio and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure optimal client service.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Profile :
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in gaming or tech sectors.
Leadership experience with a track record in team management and performance.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Open to travel.
