This role supports the lead of the global GBS Continuous Improvement team in the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple geographies and functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify automation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility of automation
• Develop automation tools for identified opportunities, by using VBA / Macros, SAP scripting
• Support the business with regular analysis of data and reporting of Continuous Improvement pipeline (IMS)
• Create training materials, demos and case studies for automation case studies
• Ensure that automations developed are properly documented and compliant with MCBC IT Security requirements
• Participate in workshops, kaizen events, meetings and offer specialized support on specific process challenges
