YOUR MISSION

Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure opportunities and grow business
Negotiate commercial conditions with customers and prospects
Lead retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives to maximize value
Translate client needs into actionable solutions , ensuring expectations are met
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on client requirements
Monitor opportunities and risks , escalating and resolving issues quickly

Stay current on Microsoft technologies and provide strategic insights

to clients

Foster continuous improvement by driving efficiency and reducing costs

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

Solid background in account, business development, or service management in IT

Familiarity with Microsoft solutions as a consultant or project manager is a strong plus

Skilled in proposal writing, contract negotiation, and value articulation

Strong communicator and leader , able to engage with senior stakeholders

Proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills

Fluent in English , both spoken and written
