IT Solution Engineer - Network Platform Services

Your Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of network technologies
• At least 2 years of experience in enterprise environments, dealing with large-scale deployments or complex integrations.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules in ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in developing applications using low-code platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps)
• Strong understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Perl)
• Familiarity with Ansible or any other automation tool
• Experience with public cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and hybrid cloud environments.
• Ability to work independently and in a global distributed team.
• Language skills :  - speaking and writing in English /  German is a plus.
