Join Our Team as a Deployment Engineer!

Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for seamless application deployment? We're looking for a talented Deployment Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Deployment Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in promoting and deploying code across various environments, ensuring smooth transitions and operational excellence.

What You'll Do :

  • Support deployment execution in a 24 / 7 environment under guidance.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for application and system issues.
  • Assist in executing incidents, problems, and service requests, including applying workarounds.
  • Conduct daily health-checks and report findings to Engineers.
  • Provide technical support for BSS applications, ensuring issue escalation as needed.
  • Contribute to service restoration, problem investigations, and change implementations.
  • Assist in defining and tracking SLAs and key performance indicators.
  • Help identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain and update system documentation.
  • Support knowledge-sharing efforts within the team.
  • Collaborate with Engineers on minor release deployments.

What We're Looking For :

  • Basic understanding of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps principles.
  • Familiarity with Linux systems for basic troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of SQL for querying and troubleshooting databases.
  • Exposure to CI / CD tools (Jenkins, Git).
  • Basic scripting skills in Bash or Perl.
  • Understanding of IP networking and telecom architecture.
  • Basic awareness of SecOps principles.
  • Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in a multinational environment.
