About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SAP BTP / CAP Engineer to join our team for a long-term engagement. The role involves a balanced mix of development and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working in a complex technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Development (50%)

Design and implement solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) .

Develop applications using the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) .

Integrate SAP Datasphere with CAP-based applications.

Contribute to technical architecture design and integration patterns.

Optimize performance, scalability, and quality across existing applications.

Operations (50%)

Manage, monitor, and maintain SAP BTP applications and services.

Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure system stability.

Handle requirements management and collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Ensure compliance, code quality, and operational excellence.

Requirements

5+ years of experience designing and implementing SAP BTP solutions.

5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CAP development.

Proven experience integrating SAP Datasphere with CAP applications.

Strong experience in operations, troubleshooting, and requirements management.

Solid understanding of cloud architecture and DevOps best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Advanced English (spoken and written).

Strong sense of ownership and proactivity.

Nice to Have

SAP certifications (BTP, CAP, Integration Suite, etc.).

Experience with CI / CD pipelines in SAP environments.

Familiarity with SAP Build, Integration Suite, or other BTP services.
