Overview :

HF3 is a robust infrastructure platform built on leading VMware technologies, including vCloud Director and NSX. It enables us to deliver scalable and secure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solutions to our clients

Our Offering :

• Virtual Machine Provisioning & Management : Clients can deploy and manage virtual machines with flexibility and control.
• Dedicated Server Hosting : If our clients require more computing power, we offer dedicated physical server exclusively to their environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Our team ensures the stability and reliability of the HF3 platform by handling Level 1, 2, and 3 incidents. When necessary, we coordinate directly with Broadcom to resolve complex issues.

We are accountable for maintaining high availability and performance across the platform, with strong operational SLAs and a focus on proactive monitoring.

In addition to operational support, we participate in build activities, including : Designing and implementing optimized client infrastructure solutionsDeploying and configuring new physical serversManaging NSX network flows to ensure secure and efficient traffic routing

Key Figures :

Currently, the HF3 platform supports over 1,000 virtual machines and more than 60 physical servers , delivering critical services to a growing base of enterprise clients.
