We are looking for a Support Engineer to join a leading global technology solutions provider, supporting a high-profile client in the cloud and IT space.

Responsibilities :
Providing technical support to business customers via phone, email, or remote sessions
Troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft cloud products (Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Intune, Entra ID, etc.)
Working with logs, scripts (e.g. PowerShell), diagnostics, and internal tools
Collaborating with Microsoft Product Groups and Engineering teams when needed
Documenting findings and contributing to internal / external knowledge bases
Participating in team meetings and continuous learning programs
Requirements :
1–5+ years of experience in IT support, technical consulting, or systems / cloud administration
Good understanding of at least one Microsoft product area (M365, Azure, Power Platform, Exchange, Windows, etc.)
Basic scripting skills – ideally PowerShell
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Team player mindset with a willingness to learn
Nice to Have
Microsoft certifications (AZ-900, MS-900, PL-900, etc.)
Experience working in international environments
Previous work with identity services (Entra ID / Azure AD / ADFS)
Cloud migration or hybrid infrastructure experience
