THESE WOULD BE YOUR TASKS

  • Contact person (m / f / d) for enquiries from employees
  • Collaboration with the HR Business Partners in the entire Employee Life Circle
  • Operational support in day-to-day business with everyday personnel-related issues
  • General personnel administration (issuing contracts, certificates and references)
  • Maintenance and administration of personnel master data and management of personnel files
  • Processing of entry and exit processes, administration of personnel files
  • Participation in various HR projects, partly on own responsibility, optimisation of processes

  • Completed commercial vocational training or degree in economics or similar
  • Additional qualification as a personnel specialist (m / f / d) desirable but not a prerequisite
  • Experience in personnel processing
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Service orientation, trustworthiness and discretion
  • Confident in using MS Office products
