Job description

What to expect :

Deliver production-grade software using Docker, Kubernetes, Java, Tomcat, Redis, and Cassandra.
Implement and maintain regular vulnerability scanning and database monitoring.
Ensure code reliability and security through comprehensive testing strategies.
Plan and execute software deliveries on schedule.
Enhance backend monitoring and alerting systems for rapid issue detection.
Collaborate with the 24 / 7 operations team for incident response and resolution.
Develop new features and improve system architecture.
Maintain effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
Uphold TISAX compliance, including security training and background checks.

What you bring along :

Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, Java, Tomcat, Redis, and Cassandra.

Demonstrated leadership skills in a DevOps environment.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Fluent in English. German is a plus.

Commitment to security, quality, and continuous improvement.
