Within our Human Resources and Organization department, we are currently recruiting for the position of

HCM System and Production Control Specialist (m / f / d)

Tasks

• You are responsible for the payroll accounting of 23 Group companies, which have different collective agreements (TVV, TVöD, in-house rates) and different paydays
• You carry out travel expense accounting
• You control all productive SAP HCM processes with a high degree of automation
• You ensure smooth operation of the SAP HCM applications, especially in the areas of master data and payroll accounting
• You will be involved in the regular maintenance of the SAP HCM system, check legal changes and system enhancements for their relevance, prepare test cases, ensure system integrity and production capability and, in some cases, take over customizing
• You manage all interfaces to and from SAP HCM, in particular to other SAP systems and SuccessFactors
• You are responsible for module support for the PY and PT areas
• You process customer requests from the first inquiry to the final invoice
• You take care of the implementation of projects, in particular the conversion to H4S4

Profile

This position is remunerated with pay group 10 according to the collective agreement for utility companies (TV-V). For a full-time position, this corresponds to a gross annual salary of around 58,000 - 76,000 euros (depending on professional experience and qualifications).
