We are looking for Services and Solutions Training Manager for EMEA region.
Training and upskilling are a key area of focus for SSG and Lenovo. As we are moving to a more services and solution driven business, sellers will need to change their approach to a consultative sales methodology. The offers are much more customizable, so sellers need to learn about the different solution building blocks and how those can deliver business outcomes to our customers. Sellers need to address new personas in their account, learn to customize their messaging and must work with more stakeholders internally, requiring usage of new process and tools. We also need to train our partner account sales reps to sell to partners and train sellers of these partners.
What You will Do :
- Develop and implement quarterly EMEA training plans by sales persona, aligned with organizational needs and global strategy.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for EMEA sales management, working closely with local enablement, global training teams, and sales leaders.
- Set learning objectives, select methodologies, manage content and trainers, and oversee logistics, budget, and KPIs for training initiatives.
- Ensure sellers and partners are equipped to sell services and solutions through consultative approaches, addressing new personas and using updated tools.
- Measure training effectiveness, track consumption, and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance data.
- Train partner account managers and partner sellers to effectively position and sell Lenovo’s service offerings.
- Participate in shaping the global training strategy and innovate with new approaches, including AI-supported learning experiences.
Position Requirements :
Ability to design and deliver sales-focused training programs tailored to business needs and continuously improve learning experiences.Skilled in various techniques including e-learning, workshops, role plays, and instructional design.Strong understanding of how adults learn to ensure training is engaging and effective.Experience in the IT sector, with familiarity in high-tech sales or services environments.Excellent presentation skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and support trainers and trainees.Capable of managing multiple training programs, schedules, and operational tasks efficiently.Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with flexibility, dependability, and a creative mindset.BA / BS degree with 3+ years in training, curriculum design, and working with management and decision-makers.3+ years using different training methodologies, incl ownership for F2F trainings (incl AI is a plus.)What We can offer You :
