We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to help us identify, engage, and attract top talent across global markets. You’ll be the engine behind our recruitment team - researching candidate markets, building pipelines, and starting meaningful conversations with potential hires.
This role is ideal for someone who loves research, has a sharp eye for great talent, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
🔍 Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and Boolean searches.
🧪 Proactively test and implement new sourcing channels, tools, and outreach strategies to optimize effectiveness and build a competitive advantage in talent acquisition.
📁 Build and maintain talent pipelines for active and future roles.
✉️ Engage with candidates through personalized outreach to spark interest and introduce opportunities.
🎧 Conduct initial screenings to assess fit and motivation.
🤝 Collaborate with recruiters and clients to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
🗂️ Track outreach and pipeline activity in the ATS or CRM (e.g., Workable, Monday.com).
📊 Use data to measure effectiveness and continuously improve sourcing results.
📚 Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing tools.
🌟 Represent the company brand and culture in every candidate interaction.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For :
🧠 5+ years of experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Talent Sourcer, Recruitment Researcher, or Resourcer (in an agency environment).
🔍 Strong knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and creative candidate outreach.
✍️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
📊 Organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple pipelines at once.
🌍 Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating asynchronously.

🕘 Full-time (Mainly 9am–5pm CET with occasional early evening US client onboarding calls)
