Senior Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to develop, integrate and operate medical imaging and AI platforms.

The role spans infrastructure (PACS, OHIF, DICOMweb), machine learning models (MONAI, image segmentation / classification), data engineering (FHIR / HL7, Data Lakehouse), and MLOps (Kubernetes, CI / CD, observability).

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Mathematics or related field .

Experience

3-5 years in ML / Deep Learning , preferably in medical imaging.

Hands-on experience with PACS (Orthanc) and OHIF Viewer .

Knowledge of medical standards : DICOM, HL7, FHIR .

Experience in Data Engineering (ETL, Lakehouse, SQL) and MLOps (Kubernetes, CI / CD).

Key Technologies

Python : PyTorch, MONAI, nnU-Net.

PACS : Orthanc, OHIF, DICOMweb APIs.

Data : Apache Spark, Delta Lake / Iceberg, HL7 / FHIR.

MLOps : Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI / CD, observability (Prometheus / Grafana).

Personal Competencies

Ability to work cross-functionally (IT, clinical, BI, Finance).

Translate clinical requirements into technical solutions .

Strong attention to detail , especially in data quality and compliance contexts.

Excellent communication skills to present solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
